Registration terms, pricing and cancellation policy
Important: Registering for our events means you fully accept these terms of sale. Please read them carefully before registering.
Article 1 — Organiser
Microbiome 360° and ICCHM events are organised by SAS D-Code Lab, whose registered office is in Clermont-Ferrand, France (the “Organiser”).
Article 2 — Purpose
These general terms of sale (“Terms”) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the Organiser and any natural or legal person (the “Participant”) registering for events organised by the Organiser.
Any registration constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other document from the Participant.
Article 3 — Registration and payment
Registration is final only after full payment has been received. No registration will be confirmed if payment is partial.
The Participant warrants that registration information is accurate. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation without refund.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are quoted in euros including VAT and are firm at the time of registration. The Organiser may change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in force when registration is confirmed.
- Online training (240€ TTC / 200€ HT) : Access to live-streamed talks and replays for 6 months
- In-person (330€ TTC / 275€ HT) : On-site access on both days, networking, and replays for 6 months

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to secretariat@orthodiet.org.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: full refund (100%)
- Cancellation within 60 days of the event: no refund
If cancellation does not give rise to a refund, the Participant nonetheless retains replay access under the terms of their ticket type.
No exceptions will be granted, regardless of reason (illness, work conflict, personal circumstances, etc.). We recommend that Participants take out personal cancellation insurance.
Article 6 — Changes or cancellation by the Organiser
The Organiser may change the programme, speakers, schedule or venue without liability for refund or compensation, provided such changes do not materially alter the nature of the event.
If the Organiser cancels the event entirely, Participants will be refunded the registration fee. That refund shall be the sole remedy, excluding any damages or reimbursement of ancillary costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
Article 7 — Force majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for failure to perform where prevented by force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including in particular: natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, restrictive government measures, general strike, terrorism, war, major technical failure.
In such cases the Organiser may postpone the event or switch it to a fully digital format, without entitlement to a refund.
Article 8 — Replays and intellectual property
Replay access is strictly personal and non-transferable. The Participant undertakes to:
- Not share access credentials
- Not record, download or capture content
- Not distribute, reproduce or exploit the content for any purpose
Any breach may result in immediate suspension of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Article 9 — Training certificate
A certificate of attendance may be issued on request to any Participant who actually attended the entire event (in person) or watched all replays (online). The Organiser may verify attendance.
Article 10 — Image rights
The Participant expressly authorises the Organiser to capture and use their image (photos, videos) taken during the event for communication and promotional purposes on any media, without time or territorial limit.
Participants wishing to object must notify the Organiser in writing at least 30 days before the event.
Article 11 — Liability
The Organiser’s liability is limited to the amount of the registration fee. In no event shall the Organiser be liable for indirect loss, loss of business, loss of data or non-material harm.
The Participant attends at their own risk. The Organiser disclaims liability for theft, loss of personal belongings or accidents occurring during the event or related travel.
Article 12 — Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy on this website. The Participant acknowledges having read it.
Article 13 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, the parties shall seek an amicable settlement. Failing agreement within 30 days, the courts of Clermont-Ferrand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
Article 14 — Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. The Organiser may amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the registration date.
